A blood donation drive was held on 27.01.2022 at the Galigamuwa Divisional Secretariat to meet the needs of the timely necessity when the blood bank did not have enough blood to meet the demand for blood in the face of the current Covid epidemic.
The program was organized by the Welfare Association of the Divisional Secretariat under the guidance of the Divisional Secretary of Galigamuwa, Susantha Herath. Many people with in the division and staff members participated in the blood donation programme.
